‘Tron Tim’ (Hide and Seek) has made Den Vau the Vietnamese artist with the most top trending videos on YouTube.

Within three days of its release the MV has got 12.43 million views, 600,000 likes and 45,000 comments, and tops the "popular right now" video playlist in Vietnam after dethroning Son Tung M-TP’s latest MV ‘Muon Roi Sao Ma Con’ (It's Late, Why Am I Still).

This is Vau’s 11th MV in YouTube’s top trending playlist.

His earlier ones like "Anh Dech Can Gi Nhieu Ngoai Em" (I Ain’t Need A Thing But You), "Troi Hom Nay Nhieu May Cuc" (Today’s Cloudy as Fudge), "Hai Trieu Nam" (Two Million Years) were also trended.

Many lines from ‘Tron Tim’ have gone viral on the Internet, including "There are times when aging backwards might be nice, as someone would find me when I hide..."

Den composed the song after listening to Vietnamese pop songs of the 1990s, and performed it along with rock band MTV.

"Once upon a time we used to be kids, and when we grew up we had different things to seek: ourselves, someone to love, success, passion," he said, adding the song took one week to record, the longest he has taken.

Den Vau, 32, is one of the most famous artists in the country, and in 2019 was the most streamed Vietnamese musician, according to Spotify.
