Miley Cyrus goes curvy with Cong Tri cutout dress

At "The Tonight Show" by Jimmy Fallon on September 10 she sang "Midnight Sky" while wearing a black dress with a waist cutout and a high slit.

Leading fashion magazine Vogue said the 27-year-old singer looked hot in the glittering dress from Cong Tri.

The dress is designed with pieces of sequin on a crystal clear cloth to create a glittering effect while the singer is on the stage.

There are strings running along the dress's hem. It took artisans hours to stick beads on the strings to make the singer look iridescent in her performance. Tri said the dress is a perfect match for Cyrus.

Vogue said, "The Vietnamese designer is known for his excellent draping and fabric sourcing skills."

After the 2019 New York Fashion Week Tri has enhanced his global popularity, with many international stars such as singer Lizzo, Kelly Rowland, actress Sandra Oh, and Margot Robbie now his clients.

Cyrus is an American singer and actress whose performance on the television show "Hannah Montana" (2006-2011) and its related soundtrack albums made her a star.
