The west-facing wall hits a lot in sunshine. The designers choose to use air-bricks to supply shading and ventilation for the house.

From the outside, the building looks incoherent. However, inside volumes with rounded edges were designed  within an atrium. Some corners of the house are rounded to carve out voids that blur the boundary between the atria and enhance the juxtaposition between the two floating architectural masses, according to the designers.

The rooms are linked with each other by wooden bridges. The owner uses a lot of trees and plants to fill the space with green. The atrium floods the interior with sunlight, which also enters the rooms through the large windows.
