Throughout its 30 years in Vietnam, Lifebuoy has remained committed to protecting public health, with a special focus on children to contribute to a healthier, stronger young generation.

Present in Vietnam since 1995, Lifebuoy has accompanied millions of children across the country, helping them stay healthy.

Most recently, the brand launched the campaign "Clean Summer Date, Healthy Summer Fun", which highlighted unfinished childhood plans due to illness and captured children's summer wishes across the nation.

At the event "A Date with Summer" on July 8, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, handwritten letters carrying childhood dreams were tied to a giant kite, symbolizing Lifebuoy's promise to nurture healthier summers for Vietnamese children.

Lifebuoy welcomed the new 2025 school year with a series of activities in Dien Bien to support children returning to school after the rainy season.

These initiatives underscored the brand's long-term commitment to promoting public health and sharing with the community.

30 years, one journey

Lifebuoy's three-decade journey in Vietnam has been marked by impactful campaigns that have positively influenced millions of children.

From donating 270,000 antibacterial products to rural children between 2005 and 2008, to teaching 10,000 children proper handwashing during the Covid-19 pandemic, to providing free medical check-ups and hygiene guidance for 100,000 children through the "Clean Hands Caravan," these efforts have not only encouraged lasting hygiene habits but also helped nurture a generation that is both healthy and confident.

This back-to-school season, Lifebuoy returned to Dien Bien, a province rich in history but still facing many hardships, to bring timely support to children affected by the devastating floods in early August.

In this program, Lifebuoy partnered with the Vietnam Young Physicians Association, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Vietnam Young Physicians Association, Thien Long Group, and other organizations to deliver meaningful support.

Activities included donating school supplies, upgrading hospitals and clinics, providing free medical check-ups, and visiting disadvantaged children to share gifts and encouragement.

Lifebuoy also donated antibacterial products and equipment worth up to VND1 billion to Muong Luan Boarding Primary and Secondary School, Dien Bien Dong Medical Center, Keo Lom Health Station, and Luan Gioi Health Station.

These initiatives not only helped children in Dien Bien return to school clean and healthy but also extended Lifebuoy's 30-year journey of action for the health of Vietnamese people.
