Li Zhouxuan, the son of late Taiwanese musician Lee Kun-Cheng, has recently accused Lin Jing En, his father’s wife who is 40 years younger, of greed and pretending to be impoverished.

Citing China Times, Znews reported that Li took to social media on Dec. 3 to criticize Lin’s behavior. "This kind of behavior is appalling. Her actions are revolting," he wrote.

Lin gained public attention earlier when she was caught stealing food from the lobby of a residential building and living on the streets, leading many to believe she was in financial trouble following her husband’s passing. Li, however, denied these claims, alleging that Lin had fabricated her situation.

"When my father was gravely ill and unable to communicate, Lin and her representative approached his bedside and used his finger to complete the marriage registration. They then swiftly transferred his assets into her name."

Li further alleged that Lin subsequently transferred Lee’s assets to her name and sold properties, placing the proceeds into a trust fund, which she later divided with her associates.

Li revealed that Lin receives a fixed monthly income of NT$30,000 (US$926.3), ensuring her financial stability for at least the next decade.

The dispute between Li and Lin revolves around the late musician’s estate. Before his death, Lee Kun-Cheng had specified that his vinyl record collection and music royalties, valued at around US$650,000, should be inherited by his descendants. A portion of these assets allocated to relatives was donated to charity, as agreed by the beneficiaries.

However, following Lee’s death in April 2023, Lin allegedly refused to share the assets as originally planned and pressured Li’s family to adhere strictly to the will. Li has since accused her of scheming to take control of the inheritance.

Lin, 27, became known for her controversial relationship with Lee, who was 40 years her senior. Lee, a celebrated Taiwanese lyricist, had written songs for artists like Fong Fei Fei and Lo Ta Yu.

Known as the "Godfather of Vinyls," he amassed a collection of over 20,000 vintage records and received multiple nominations for Best Dialect Song Lyricist during the 1990s.

In February 2023, just two months before his death from colorectal cancer, Lee married Lin in the ICU at the age of 66. After his passing, Lin reportedly inherited a house but sold it, along with other assets, before moving into a hotel.
