Miss Hong Kong Grace Chan makes rare appearance with real estate tycoon father

Grace Chan, crowned Miss Hong Kong 2013, made a rare appearance alongside her father Chan Gwai Coeng—dubbed the “property king” by local media—in an advertisement for a real estate project.

Chan Gwai Coeng sported a black-and-white checkered polo shirt in the promotional video, where he and his daughter highlighted the features of Hong Kong’s Sierra Sea apartment complex while exploring its various amenities.

Grace Chan, 34, also holds the title of Miss Chinese International 2014.

Citing St Headline, Znews reported that since marrying Hong Kong actor Kevin Cheng in 2018, Grace Chan has shifted her focus to being a highly successful social media influencer, regularly landing lucrative endorsement deals.

She is currently recognized as one of Hong Kong’s highest-earning influencers, consistently securing high-value advertising contracts.

Her father Chan Gwai Coeng reportedly earns an estimated S$8.7 million (US$6.4 million) per month from commercial property rentals, according to Channel News Asia. Previously involved in the oil business, his total net worth is reportedly around HK$300 million (US$38.7 million).
