Page Six reported the pair were seen strolling through Asakusa, one of the city’s most popular tourist districts, on Monday night before heading to dinner and a live performance. They reportedly dined at the Asakusa Sumo Stable Annex, a restaurant known for its traditional sumo demonstrations and classic Japanese cuisine.

Perry, 41, kept a low profile in a brown leather jacket, tan cargo pants, a face mask and a baseball cap. Trudeau, 53, wore a black coat and jeans as he walked slightly ahead of her. Both finished their casual looks with sneakers.

Perry is in Japan for two concerts at the Saitama Super Arena on Dec. 3 and 4 as part of her Lifetimes Tour. Trudeau has been seen at several of her shows since their relationship became public in October, when they were photographed celebrating Perry’s birthday in Paris. Rumors first surfaced in July after the pair were spotted together in Montreal.

Trudeau and his ex-wife Sophie Grégoire announced their separation in August 2023. They married in 2005 and share three children, CNN reported.
