Huang Xiaoming and 14-year-younger girlfriend Ye Ke break up

According to Hongxing News, in a livestream on Thursday, 33-year-old Ye explained that the breakup was due to "very practical reasons." She expressed her gratitude to Huang for teaching her valuable lessons in both relationships and business, adding that she would cherish the good memories of their time together.

Baidu search engine also updated Ye’s status from "girlfriend" to "ex-girlfriend" of Huang.

During her livestream, Ye mentioned that she had recently given birth but did not disclose the identity of the child’s father. In Nov. 2024, paparazzi captured footage of Huang accompanying Ye to a pregnancy check-up in Shanghai. She had also been seen near Huang’s residence with a noticeable baby bump.

The couple publicly confirmed their relationship in Sept. 2024 and reportedly started dating shortly after Huang’s divorce from actress Angelababy in 2022.

Their relationship was met with mixed reactions, leading Huang to express disappointment over the negative impact it had on his image during a promotional event for his film "The Wig" last year. In Nov. 2024, Ye announced that she was stepping away from social media to "return to a peaceful life and avoid causing negative impact to her family."

Since early July, Ye has made a return to social media, drawing a large audience with her livestream sales. She explained her decision by saying: "I think people need to work and interact with others."

"No one should be ashamed of earning money," she continued. "As long as you are working and not asking others for money, whatever you do is right."

Huang is one of China’s leading actors, known for his roles in hit TV dramas such as "The Return of the Condor Heroes," "Shanghai Bund," and "Summer’s Desire." He and Angelababy, 35, began dating publicly in 2014, married in 2015, and welcomed a son in 2017.

A graduate of Shenzhen University, Ye has ventured into entrepreneurship, launching her own fashion brand and opening a beauty salon.
