On Wednesday, the hashtag "Aaron Kwok’s ageless style" trended on Weibo after videos of him performing at a recent concert and appearing at a public event—highlighting his toned build and dynamic stage presence—were widely shared by fans.

According to Hong Kong news outlet U Lifestyle, Kwok continues to captivate audiences with high-energy performances and polished choreography. The publication attributed his remarkable physical condition to a strict workout and diet routine maintained over decades.

Marie Claire noted that for more than 30 years, Kwok, standing around 1.71 meters tall, has kept his weight under 65 kg. The star has previously said he imposes strict standards on himself and refuses to exceed this limit.

To maintain stamina for lengthy live shows, Kwok trains five times a week.

"I need to sing and dance simultaneously, so I must have strong endurance," he said.

Hong Kong actor Tony Leung Ka Fai once recalled hearing Kwok running on a treadmill at 4 a.m. in the hotel room next door during the filming of the 2012 movie "Cold War."

Beyond running, Kwok enjoys swimming and playing table tennis. He favors moderate-intensity workouts, believing that overly strenuous sessions can lead to burnout.

"You can’t fight time," he said. "But with a healthy lifestyle, you can preserve your body’s functions and resilience."

Kwok also follows a balanced diet, avoiding excessive oil, salt, and sugar while not being overly restrictive. His mornings typically begin with a Hong Kong-style bun and a cup of coffee.

Despite his age, the singer says he still feels like he’s in his early 40s when performing. In recent years, he has taken up calligraphy and painting—pursuits he says have broadened his perspective. He shared that he believes in constant self-improvement, saying there’s no limit to learning and growth.

Kwok also satted that his family brings him a deep sense of fulfillment, as being a husband and father gives him "warmth, joy, and stability," he said.

Kwok began his entertainment career as a professional dancer before rising to fame as a singer and actor. He is one of Hong Kong’s legendary "Four Heavenly Kings," alongside Andy Lau, Jacky Cheung, and Leon Lai.

In 2021, the South China Morning Post estimated his net worth at approximately US$20 million.
