Hong Kong actress Charmaine Sheh visits mother amid filming schedule

Sheh posted a photo on Instagram on Dec. 9 where she is pictured leaning on her mother’s shoulder, who displays a radiant smile.

"Returned in time to have a meal with Mum #Happiness is this simple," the actress captioned, as quoted by Daily Dimsum.

The post rapidly gained attention and accolades from her fans and followers, with many commenting on the strong bond between the two, suggesting they appear more like sisters.

Sheh is currently immersed in the production of "Justice Goddess, Themis," where she portrays a judge, a role that requires intense dedication due to the extensive dialogue and the serious nature of her character.

Within the entertainment industry, Sheh is celebrated for her filial piety, consistently demonstrating care and affection towards her family, particularly her mother.

Sheh, 49, initiated her entertainment career as the first runner-up in the Miss Hong Kong pageant in 1997, quickly gaining prominence with TVB in hit series like "War and Beauty," "Beyond the Realm of Conscience," and "Forensic Heroes."
