Hong Kong actress Carman Lee has sparked health concerns after appearing excessively thin due to strict dieting.

According to Sinchew, Lee recently shared a 14-day fat-loss breakfast plan on social media, revealing that she eats half a boiled corn along with a boiled egg and yogurt for added protein. She also drinks black sesame and black bean beverages.

Lee claimed she eats five meals a day and follows a "very healthy" diet, crediting her regimen and exercise for maintaining a toned physique.

However, her increasingly gaunt appearance has drawn criticism, with netizens pointing out her sunken cheeks and low level of body fat.

Concerns over her health have also surfaced, with social media users on Xiaohongshu commenting: "I was shocked when I saw this video," "She used to be so radiant, but now she looks lifeless," and "How could she lose so much weight?"

According to Dimsum Daily, Lee currently enjoys a stable single life, focusing on her career in Hong Kong and mainland China. Known for her disciplined approach to fitness, she maintains a slim figure through rigorous exercise and diet control.

Before entering the entertainment industry, Lee worked as a flight attendant for Cathay Pacific. She made her acting debut in 1990 and rose to fame in 1995 for her role as Xiaolongnu in the TV adaptation of "The Return of the Condor Heroes".

Her portrayal received widespread acclaim, with author Jin Yong himself stating that she best embodied the character in his imagination.
