According to Sinchew, during a press event for his latest movie, Kwok dismissed accusations that he transferred shares in the healthcare company he established to his sister prior to his divorce. He labeled these claims as "false rumors" aimed at suggesting he intended to deprive Au of any assets.

"Cindy Au and I have previously settled these matters and agreed on property arrangements before our separation, thus there should be no worries," he commented, further noting that being public figures, he and Au are no strangers to being subjects of rumors.

Kwok mentioned that he and Au decided to publicize their separation last month because it was "the appropriate time." He added that the two children from their marriage now live with him, and the three of them share a good understanding and rapport.

"I constantly express love to my children," he noted. "In an environment of harmony, I believe the bond only grows stronger."

Kwok affirmed that his children are informed about his and Au’s divorce and have adjusted to the new circumstances. He intends to send his eldest son to England for higher education soon.

Furthermore, Kwok shared that he and his ex-wife continue to be friends and have a positive relationship.

"Cindy Au remains the mother of my children, whom I hold in high regard and deeply value," he remarked.

Kwok is a celebrated actor with TVB, well-known for his roles in "Lin Shing Kuet" and "Black Heart White Soul." He is distinguished as one of the select actors who have won the Best Actor award at the TVB Anniversary Awards three times.

Au initially began her career as a singer before transitioning to acting, achieving recognition for her role in "Journey to the West II."

The couple was together for seven years before tying the knot in 2006.
