According to Dimsum Daily, Ho attended a gathering with friends on New Year’s Eve, where he was photographed holding hands with his partner in a group photo, their faces pressed closely together. The woman quickly drew praise online, with many netizens describing her appearance as "high-end" and commenting that she rivals, or even surpasses, Ho's previous rumored partners.

Ho has long been known for his romantic life, with a mix of confirmed and rumored relationships. In 2012, he dated Sabrina Chan, a wealthy heiress and Cambridge University graduate. His father Stanley Ho publicly praised Chan at the time as both beautiful and intelligent, and the couple were widely viewed as well matched. The relationship ended in 2013 after Ho was photographed in public with actress Jeana Ho.

According to Yahoo! Life Singapore, Ho was later linked to actress Jeannie Chan in 2015. Around the same period, he was also rumored to be romantically involved with beauty pageant alumna Moon Lau. Media reports claimed that Ho drove a sports car worth about HK$1.29 million (US$165,630) to visit Lau on set during late-night filming sessions and deliver food. Lau later clarified that the two were merely close friends.

That same year, Ho was also said to have been infatuated with Miss Hong Kong 2013 Grace Chan.

He is the son of Stanley Ho and his fourth wife Leong On Kei.

Stanley Ho founded and led SJM Holdings, which operates 19 casinos in Macau, including the Grand Lisboa, once the world’s highest-grossing casino, according to Forbes.

At the time of his death in 2020 at age 99, Stanley Ho’s net worth was estimated at US$6.5 billion.
