According to Sinchew, in a video posted on Weibo, Wang and Mandy are seen joyfully toasting during their meal, with Wang appearing noticeably happy.
During an earlier interaction with the media, the couple shared their happiness about their marriage and announced plans to return to Taiwan, Mandy’s homeland, over the weekend. Wang revealed that he chose May 27 for their marriage registration because the number "527" sounds like "my beloved wife" in Mandarin.
Chinese journalists also remarked that Mandy’s white dress appeared to show a rounded stomach, leading to speculation about a possible pregnancy, which she refuted.
According to Sohu, Wang met Mandy, a businesswoman, through a mutual connection. Although Mandy was briefly married before and has no children, Wang expressed that her past does not concern him, as he values how she treats him and his children.
Wang emphasized that Mandy has brought significant purpose to his life due to her genuine nature and enjoyment of simple pleasures like eating at street food stalls and traveling widely with him. Since their relationship began, he has reduced his alcohol consumption and has gained better control of his speech. Wang’s housekeeper also praised Mandy for being beautiful, gentle, and kind-hearted.
Wang married Hsu, 48, in 2011 and divorced in 2021. They have two children together.
Hsu is renowned for her roles in television series such as "Meteor Garden," "Mars," and "Summer’s Desire."
Hsu remarried DJ Koo, who is 55, three months after her separation from Wang. DJ Koo has since moved to Taiwan to be with the actress and her children.
Last year, Hsu took legal action against Wang and his mother, businesswoman Zhang Lan, accusing them of defamation and revealing private information. The former couple has been involved in legal disputes ever since.
