Thai Actress Preechaya “Ice” Pongthananikorn will be summoned for questioning next Monday after the police found she bought cyanide.

Her name was found on a list of 100 people who bought cyanide from the same supplier used by the accused serial killer "Aem" Rangsiwuthaporn, according to Bangkok Post.

Earlier this week, Pongthananikorn issued a public statement admitting that she bought cyanide from the factory that supplied the substance to Rangsiwuthaporn.

The 33-year-old actress stated that she ordered one bottle of the substance on April 25 for THB 3,000 (around $89), aiming to rid her home of snakes, monitor lizards and other venomous reptiles that had attacked her dog. The parcel was delivered to her address on April 27. She has reportedly not opened it yet.

Police Major General Surachate Hakparn was unsatisfied with this explanation from the actress and has ordered her to present for further investigation.

Preechaya "Ice" Pongthananikorn is a famous actress. Her most representative works include the movies "ATM: Er Rak Error" and "I Fine...Thank You...Love You."

Thai police have arrested Sararat Rangsiwuthaporn, 36, suspected of killing 13 people using pills laced with cyanide, saying they will widen a probe into a series of deaths that have gripped the nation, according to Reuters.
