Phu My Hung provides more luxury apartments to HCMC market

According to Coldwell Banker Real Estate's The Report: 2022 Global Luxury Market Insights, the world’s affluent population – those with a net worth of $5 million or more – increased by 19.8% in 2021.

The world's wealthy population is expanding quickly, which will contribute to the luxury real estate market reaching new heights.

Luxury real estate is not only viewed as an asset that represents a lifestyle but also as a financial asset with high profitability.

In Vietnam, luxury real estate is typically located in city centers or other large urban areas with convenient transportation connections and diverse facilities. These places also maintain fresh, natural landscape features for the well-being of residents.

Understanding these factors, Phu My Hung has developed and launched Phu My Hung The Horizon, located in The Crescent subdivision's center and just a few steps from Ban Nguyet (Crescent) Lake, considered the heart of the central business district to Ho Chi Minh City's south.

Phu My Hung The Horizon is the first luxury apartment building of Phu My Hung, which was constructed on more than 5,800 square meters of land near The Crescent Lake. There are only 166 apartments and 10 stores in total over two buildings: A (24 floors) and B (9 floors), with a construction density of 49.6% and a land use factor of 5.33.

According to a Phu My Hung representative, the land bank for housing development in the city center is limited.

Phu My Hung The Horizon is expected to have huge growth margins in the secondary market in future due to its desirable location in the center of Phu My Hung.

"We respectfully dedicate the unique qualities of the project to its owners. This will be the first project in one of the few luxury and ultra-luxury buildings in the heart of Phu My Hung," a representative said.

Phu My Hung has been regarded as a prestigious guarantee of quality and progress by investors for many years.

Several customers expressed their gratitude toward the projects developed by Phu My Hung in general and Phu My Hung The Horizon in particular during the project launch at the end of August.

"The investor plays an important factor in my making a choice, and Phu My Hung is a very prominent brand," Thu Thuy, a 59-year-old businesswoman, said at the launch.

Phu My Hung The Horizon was announced to the market and opened for sale when the project was more than 71% complete. According to a Phu My Hung representative, this advantage enables customers to directly evaluate, compare, and understand the project specifics.

Phu My Hung The Horizon is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023 with more advanced handover standards than other projects, such as pre-installed kitchen cabinets, air conditioning systems, and so on.
