KN Holdings scores hat-trick at Vietnam Property Awards 2025

The "Best Multi-Sector Developer" award reinforces KN Holdings' mission to create a comprehensive, multi-sector ecosystem. Established in 1978 by Le Van Kiem and Tran Cam Nhung, KN Holdings is one of the first private corporations formed after Vietnam's reunification, laying the foundation for long-term growth based on credibility, business ethics, and community welfare. The group initially ventured into livestock feed production, powder coating manufacturing, garment export, and infrastructure development, before expanding into five core sectors: real estate, services, renewable energy, industrial parks and logistics, and high-tech agriculture.

Speaking at the awards ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City on Oct. 24, Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy CEO of KN Holdings, said, "For nearly 50 years, we have remained steadfast in our vision to build a robust multi-sector corporation with a strong ecosystem. CaraWorld, winner of the "Best Coastal Mega Township Development" award, is recognized for its impressive scale of nearly 800 hectares in Bai Dai, Cam Ranh, located next to Cam Ranh International Airport and the international marina. The project is hailed as a model coastal megatownship, integrating living, leisure, hospitality, retail, and entertainment, setting a new standard for coastal urban development in Vietnam.

Located within the same development, Song Town was honored with the "Best Coastal Housing Development" award. It was recognized as one of the most desirable coastal residential communities in 2025.
