Home Credit has been honored with the Global CSR & ESG Leadership Award for the third consecutive year for its responsible and sustainable digital finance strategy.

The Global CSR & ESG Summit & Awards, which was hosted on August 29 at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River Vietnam, has been a global recognition program for 15 years, searching for high-potential organizations in sustainable development.

Pham Thi Bich Lien, Head of Marketing Operations and Sustainability at Home Credit Vietnam, shared insights into the company’s strategy of green finance and empowering consumers to build a sustainable future at the award ceremony.

"At Home Credit, we are committed to improving access to inclusive financial services, particularly for the low-income market, the unbanked, and the underbanked. We recognize the importance of ensuring that all individuals, regardless of their socio-economic background, have access to affordable and responsible financial services."

Digitalization represents an essential opportunity for Home Credit in terms of expanding financial inclusion and improving financial literacy. Its mobile application not only facilitates convenient access to consumer financial services, but also serves as a platform for disseminating financial knowledge.

It enables customers to gain a better understanding of financial matters, allowing them to utilize financial services responsibly and safely. This, in turn, helps to achieve the ultimate objective of promoting sustainable development.

In particular, Home Credit has introduced the Home PayLater platform, aimed at enabling users to access services instantly without lengthy procedures or credit disclosures.

Home PayLater appeals to customers with no downpayments, no interest, no contract fees, no installment conversion fees, and no early repayment charges.

Another compelling feature is that consumers may complete the full registration process online, receive results within five minutes, and, most importantly, have the choice to choose payment terms ranging from 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, which match their personal spending plans.

All of these efforts aim at offering consumers simple access to financial solutions and smart shopping, allowing them to create their own sustainable future.
