EHome achieves dual honors at PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2025

The project earned this honor just three months after its debut in northern Vietnam, marking a milestone for EHome in affirming its pioneering role in the affordable housing segment. An Zen Residences in An Hai Ward, Hai Phong, is one of the first EHome projects in northern Vietnam. The development is set to deliver 887 residential units by the end of 2026.

Launched in July 2025, the project has received strong market reception—especially in Hai Phong—thanks to factors including pricing tailored to first-time homebuyers, making it a representative of the affordable housing sector in the region.

At the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2025, in addition to meeting the stringent criteria set by the judging panel, developers competing for the "Best Affordable Condo Development (North Vietnam)" award were required to demonstrate effective project execution and management capabilities.

Following a transparent and objective evaluation by an independent panel of experts and international auditing firm HLB, An Zen Residences was further honored with the "Best Condo Development (Vietnam) 2025" award, a recognition selected from among the top condominium projects across all categories this year.
