Vinhomes profits jump by 25 pct

Real estate giant Vinhomes reported a pre-tax profit of VND37 trillion ($1.6 billion) for 2020, up 25 percent from the previous year.

Its financial report shows revenues increased by 37 percent to VND70.8 trillion.

In the fourth quarter, it delivered four major projects, Vinhomes Ocean Park, Vinhomes Grand Park, Vinhomes Smart City and Vinhomes Symphony.

As of December 31, Vinhomes had assets of VND214.9 trillion, an increase of 9 percent.
