This year's Action Month for Children, themed "Acting practically, prioritizing resources for children," aims to encourage society to implement the motto "All people care for, educate, and protect children."
Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, therefore, requested that all levels of all sectors raise their awareness and sense of responsibility to take practical actions in providing care, education, and protection for children. Ha linked children's development with the development of a prosperous and happy country.
Participating in the launching ceremony, Pham Ngoc Khang, General Director of Home Credit Vietnam, represented the company in awarding 100 scholarships worth VND100 million in total to underprivileged students to improve their studies.
Home Credit Vietnam hopes that these scholarships will motivate students in difficult circumstances to confidently strive harder in their studies.
Khang also said that Home Credit Vietnam's companionship will contribute to providing children with more opportunities to equally access education, ensuring a brighter future for the young generation.
This is also part of Home Credit Vietnam's commitment to operating responsibly towards building sustainable development to its own local communities.
