The operator of a high-end retirement urban area in HCMC has a charter capital of VND1 trillion (US$38 million), of which Vingroup holds 65%, it said in a statement.

Vuong’s wife Pham Thu Huong owns 32% and is the company’s chairwoman. The other daughter-in-law of Vuong, Bui Lan Anh, and his daughter Pham Nhat Minh own a 1% stake each.
Nhi, 23, is married to Pham Nhat Minh Hoang, Vuong’s second son and CEO of Green Future, which leases and trades used VinFast cars.

Vingroup earlier this month established Vin New Horizon, a high-end retirement hub operator in HCMC’s coastal area of Can Gio, formerly a district before the reorganization of provinces and cities.
It plans to build a five-star nursing hospital and specialized centers for geriatric ailments along with spas, hotels and villas.
Vuong, chairman of Vingroup, is Vietnam's richest man with net worth of $19.1 billion as of Thursday.
