During the year, the human resources consulting firm strengthened its internal sustainability practices, maintained ESG standards across its services, and expanded community engagement activities.
Talentnet positions people at the core of its sustainability strategy, viewing human development as a long-term driver of business growth. Rather than approaching ESG primarily as a compliance exercise, the company integrates sustainability into its operations through three pillars: empowering people, supporting communities, and promoting sustainable living practices.

A key development in 2025 was the review and refinement of Talentnet's Double Materiality Assessment (DMA), conducted in line with its evolving business strategy and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The assessment examined both the company's impact on the environment and society and ESG-related financial risks and opportunities.
This process enabled Talentnet to identify priority sustainability topics and inform strategic planning.
To ensure alignment with international practices, the company engaged ESG experts from the United Kingdom. According to Talentnet, the DMA outcomes were incorporated into risk management processes and its long-term sustainability roadmap, rather than being used solely for reporting purposes.
Alongside strategy development, Talentnet implemented a range of ESG-related activities during the year. In November 2025, more than 300 employees took part in volunteer programs at Thien Binh Orphanage (Bien Hoa, Dong Nai) and Thien Tam Shelter (Long Dien, Ho Chi Minh City), reflecting the company's emphasis on social engagement.

In environmental initiatives, Talentnet planted 100 trees at the Binh Chau–Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve in Ho Tram, Ho Chi Minh City. The company selected Hopea odorata, a native species known for its durability and ecological value, to contribute to ecosystem restoration and carbon absorption.
Talentnet also partnered with Dear Our Community organization to provide 20 ESG scholarships for students at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Ho Chi Minh City, focusing on ESG fundamentals, sustainable business practices, and green career pathways.
The company's sustainability efforts were reflected in its 2025 EcoVadis assessment, in which Talentnet retained the EcoVadis Committed Badge. It recorded an overall score of 58 out of 100, representing a 13.7% year-on-year improvement. The assessment showed notable increases in labor and human rights (+24%) and sustainable procurement (+33%), indicating progress in governance, employee welfare, and supply chain practices.

Internally, Talentnet introduced measures such as waste segregation, energy-saving practices, and encouragement of more sustainable transportation options for work-related travel. The company said these initiatives are intended to integrate sustainability into daily operations and employee behavior.
In 2026, Talentnet said it plans to further integrate ESG principles into its operations and HR services, with an emphasis on generating measurable and long-term value for society and the environment.
According to Tieu Yen Trinh, CEO of Talentnet, the company's ESG efforts over recent years have helped establish a more evidence-based approach to sustainability while supporting community engagement and encouraging environmentally responsible practices.
"With the 2025 humble progress, we are looking forward to 2026 and the coming years with more confidence in making our sustainability goals more impactful, meaningful, and effective," Trinh said.
