Obama's agenda in Vietnam

U.S. President Barack Obama will discuss a number of issues during his three-day visit to Vietnam, including expanding security cooperation and addressing serious tensions in Vietnam's East Sea, weighing up Vietnam's request to fully lift the embargo on arms trade and supporting Vietnam's efforts to implement the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) as a founding member.
